How do I activate my SMAC?
To activate your account, text SMAC<space>ACT<space>16-digit card number to 225600.

How do I personalize my SMAC?

How do I change or reset the email address or password on my online account?
Login and access your account, go to settings and update your profile to change your email address.
To reset your password, just click on forgot password.
Can I return my SMAC?
You can no longer return your SMAC once purchased.
How do I renew my SMAC membership?
Visit the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch.
When should I renew my SMAC?
You can renew your membership as early as three (3) months before your account’s expiration date.
All unused points will be carried over to your new card if you renew not later than three (3) months from your expiration date. Otherwise, all unused points will expire.
I cannot visit an SM Store branch; how do I renew my SMAC?
You may send a representative to the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch along with the following requirements:
· * signed authorization letter
· * copies of your and your representative's valid government-issued ID's
· * your SMAC
I just changed my marital status. How do I apply for a new card with my new surname?
Visit the SMAC website www.smac.ph and file for a replacement then visit the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch and present a valid ID reflecting both your old and new surnames.
The replacement fee is P80.00.
What do I do if I lost my SMAC?
Block your card through our website via www.smac.ph then visit the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch for your replacement.
A fee of P80 shall apply.
What do I do if my card becomes defective?
SMAC carries a three-month warranty (from date of activation) against faulty magnetic strips, during which no fee will be charged for card replacement.
After the three-month warranty period, a replacement fee of P80 shall apply.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse and negligence on the part of the member (i.e. folded, warped, or scratched, etc.).
How and when will I get my replacement card?
File for replacement through our website www.smac.ph or visit the Customer Service Counter of any SM Store branch and your card will be ready within a few minutes.

How do I become a SMAC Prestige member?
To be eligible for a SMAC Prestige membership, you must be an active SMAC Start or SMAC member with a cumulative spending of at least P150,000 within the current calendar year at SM Store and other SM Retail Partners.
Your membership will be upgraded as soon as you reach the spending requirement.
How do I get my SMAC Prestige Card?

Will I be provided with a new SMAC Prestige card when renewed?

What is a SMAC Virtual Card?
The SMAC Virtual Card is the digital format of a physical SMAC Start, SMAC, or SMAC Prestige card.
All members who register for an online account will be given a SMAC Virtual Card.
What is card linking and what loyalty cards can I link?
Card linking is the merging of loyalty accounts.
You may link your SMAC Start, SMAC, and SMAC Prestige
What happens to my accounts once they are linked?
Points of all linked accounts shall be pooled into a single wallet.
The balance in the single wallet will be reflected across all linked physical cards.
Can I link more than one card to my online account?
Yes, however the SMAC Virtual Card to be displayed will always be the highest tier.

How do I earn SMAC points?
Present your SMAC to the cashier before any purchase transaction at our partner brand stores.
You may also earn points at SHELL gas stations.
Every P300 spend on fuels, lubricants, services and items at Shell Select earns you 1 point.No, just present your card to the cashier to earn SMAC points.
Your points will be reflected in your account within fifteen (15) working days from the transaction date.

How do I redeem my points?
SMAC points can be used to pay for your purchases at any SM Retail Partner establishment.
No minimum amount required to start using those SMAC points.
Will my SMAC points expire?
SMAC points are subject to expiry depending on your activity or membership expiry.
Your SMAC points will NOT expire as long as:
1. You have one (1) valid point-earning or point
redemption activity within two (2) calendar years.
